Demonstrations

We run cookery demonstrations where you can learn hands on techniques and then enjoy a 3 course lunch prepared by Nick and the team. There is plenty of opportunity for questions, information on techniques, suppliers, seasons etc. Nick hosts the demos throughout the year from our new demonstration kitchen next to the restaurant. There are lots of topics to choose from, fish & shellfish, dinner parties, bread & pastry, game, puddings and chocolate. The cost is £85.00 per person including coffee, a glass of wine & lunch, and £25.00 for partners joining for lunch only.

If you wish to organise your own group of 8 people, you can choose your own theme. We also offer a Cookery Break. This includes Dinner, Bed & Breakfast followed by a demonstration for £165.00 per person.
