Every component of each dish is made in the Agaric kitchen and where possible we cure our own meats & fish. The bread is baked daily and is for sale from the restaurant, it changes weekly. Everything is sourced locally where possible and we try to follow what is seasonally available. Once a month we have a themed special night which may be : Thai, Italian, Game, Greek, Barbecues, etc.
