We run cookery demonstrations where you can learn hands on techniques and then enjoy a 3 course lunch prepared by Nick. There is plenty of opportunity for questions, information on techniques, suppliers, seasons etc. Nick hosts the demos through the Spring and Autumn at the restaurant, there are lots of topics to choose from, fish & shellfish, dinner parties, bread & pastry etc. The cost is £50.00 per person including coffee, a glass of wine & lunch, and £22.00 for partners joining for lunch only.
If you wish to organise your own group of 8 people, you can choose your own theme.
We also offer a Cookery Break. This includes Dinner, Bed & Breakfast followed by a demonstration for £145.00.
